An Investment Advisor at Estate Masters India serves as a trusted guide to clients, offering tailored real estate and private equity investment solutions. The role demands deep financial acumen, market insight, and client relationship management to deliver sustainable wealth growth through strategic investments in real estate and allied sectors.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Client Advisory & Portfolio Management

  • Understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and investment horizons.
  • Design customized investment strategies focusing on real estate, pre-leased assets, commercial projects, and private equity opportunities.
  • Continuously monitor and rebalance client portfolios to align with market changes.

2. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct thorough research on emerging real estate projects, market trends, and investment-grade assets.
  • Evaluate financial feasibility, rental yields, and long-term capital appreciation of projects.
  • Provide insights on regulatory updates (RERA, taxation, SEBI guidelines) impacting investments.

3. Deal Structuring & Execution

  • Identify and structure high-return investment opportunities with clear entry and exit strategies.
  • Negotiate terms with developers, landlords, and institutional investors to maximize client benefits.
  • Ensure due diligence and compliance before recommending any asset.

4. Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with HNIs, NRIs, corporates, and institutional investors.
  • Act as the single point of contact for client queries, reporting, and portfolio performance updates.
  • Conduct periodic review meetings with clients to update on portfolio performance and new opportunities.

5. Business Development & Networking

  • Collaborate with Chartered Accountants, Wealth Managers, and Referral Partners to expand client base.
  • Represent Estate Masters India in industry forums, investment summits, and networking events.
  • Generate business through advisory services and cross-selling of allied offerings (Interior Masters, PreLeaseEstate, Estara).

6. Compliance & Ethics

  • Ensure all advisory services comply with Estate Masters India’s internal policies and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain the highest standards of transparency, ethics, and client confidentiality.
  • Adhere to fiduciary responsibility by putting clients’ interests first.

7. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare detailed investment proposals, ROI projections, and performance reports.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both client portfolios and internal business goals.
  • Provide timely updates to management on investment pipelines and client acquisition progress.
